BizLeaseCheck provides automated AI analysis of uploaded contract documents across multiple supported document types (including, without limitation, commercial and residential leases, personal guaranties, SBA loans, franchise disclosure documents, master services agreements, purchase agreements, merchant cash advances, equipment finance agreements, employment agreements, LLC operating agreements, construction contracts, insurance policies, and assumed-lease assignments). This analysis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or the practice of law. No attorney-client relationship is formed between you and BizLeaseCheck. You should always consult with a qualified attorney before signing any legal document.
3. User Responsibilities
You represent that you have the legal right to upload and analyze the documents you submit. You agree not to upload confidential or sensitive information that you do not have permission to share. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the AI-generated analysis.
4. Payments and Refunds
Our services are provided on a one-time, per-report basis, with optional subscription plans ("Plus" and "Pro Teams") that include a set number of reports per billing period. By purchasing a report or subscription, you agree to pay the fees specified at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time via the billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Money-back guarantee: if your paid report fails to analyze your document, or is unusable because it is materially blank, unreadable, tied to the wrong document, or otherwise not a usable analysis, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund that report in full. For other refund requests, contact support and we will review them in good faith.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizLeaseCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us.
6. Intellectual Property
The generated reports are for your internal business use. The underlying software, AI models, and design of BizLeaseCheck remain our exclusive property.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
